The NEXT, the SIXTEENTH, INTERNATIONAL PRECISION TEACHING CONFERENCE is planned for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 6, 7 and 8 (three days instead of two), 2003, and is to be held in Columbus, Ohio. While the dates and place seem absolutely firm at the time of writing (November, 2002), and can be pencilled in on your calendar with confidence, all such preliminary information is subject to change without notice, and moreover without notice necessarily being posted here. A thoroughly informative time was had by all who attended the Fifteenth IPTC. Dr. Kubina and his associates in planning and executing this conference are greatly to be congratulated, and thanks are hereby extended, for all the presentations, expecially those by the students and staff of Ben Bronz Academy, the good fellowship and the excellent food and accomodations.
